Job Description

Brief Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning initiatives within the organization. 
  2. Responsible for assessing learning needs, developing effective training programs.
  3. Design, implement and measure initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being 
  4. Excellent data analytical skills – familiarity with Microsoft Office
  5. Creating training presentations and reports as required

 

      Employee Engagement and Collaboration:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with organizational goals and values. 
  2. Collaborate with department heads, and managers to identify organizational priorities and align employee engagement efforts accordingly. 
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition of newbies into production
  4. Conduct regular surveys and assessments to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
