EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Prefer Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor’s degree from a three-year college or university (BA, B-Com, BSc etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B-Tech) from non-premier colleges if educational goals do
not interfere with tenure potential.
EXPERIENCE

• Up to 10 years of work experience in Project Management. 

• Should have handled 200+ head counts. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

SOFT SKILLS

• Communication (Clear written/verbal communication, Email etiquette, Documentation skills)

• Organization (Time management, Task prioritization, File management)

• Team Collaboration (Following instructions, Status updates, Cross-functional coordination)

• Adaptability (Learning new systems, Process changes, Work priorities)

• Work Ethic (Reliability, Punctuality, Deadline management)

• Leadership (Team motivation, Conflict resolution, Performance coaching)

• Stakeholder Management (Client communication, Escalation handling, Relationship building)

ANALYTICAL SKILLS

• Basic knowledge of PCs, office applications 

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL basics) 

• Knowledge of reporting dashboards and analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) 

• Understanding of quality metrics, SLAs, and KPI tracking methodologies 

• Ability to interpret operational data and generate actionable insights

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

• Demonstrate that they understand the job to be performed and manage the process effectively.

• Demonstrated potential ability to learn customer service skills: empathy, enthusiastic, patience, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn and flexible to changes.

• Aptitude and ability to grasp concepts.

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.

• Experience with workflow management tools

• Ability to handle sensitive content and make judgment calls on policy violations.

• Crisis management skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.

• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse global markets.
